After planning four over the top mitzvahs for her five children, it was apparent that Anna found her calling. With over 20 years in the business, Anna has shared some of life’s most cherished moments with her clients bringing their dreams to life through bar and bat mitzvahs, showers, weddings, and all. The way she loves her events highlights her impeccable taste and her natural ability to plan every detail flawlessly.

Often people say they were born to do something specific and this couldn’t ring truer for Lisa (just ask her mom Anna!). She is our very own transportation specialist and bustle extraordinaire. Her favorite part of the job is working with her mom and team that has become like family.

Carolina is recently married and a new mom to beautiful baby Marc. As our Team Leader Carolina is usually the first one on site at each event and the last to leave. Her passion for this industry is undeniable! Carolina is currently on maternity leave but we eagerly await her return!

Tatihanna is our most seasoned senior event coordinator and has been a part of the Ultimate Events family for over a decade. Her passion resides in her creative ideas and attention to every detail. She is newly engaged and looks forward to planning her very own dream wedding!

Rachel just recently got married and had the wedding of her dreams! She acquired her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Florida State University and has an extensive background in fundraising, event planning and nonprofit management. Her hobbies include photography, traveling and HIIT workouts and she’s always up for a fun adventure. Rachel has a real passion for wedding planning and truly enjoys making a bride and groom’s vision come to a reality. She has great attention to detail, genuinely connects with people and always has a positive attitude. She can’t wait to be part of your special day and make all your dreams come true!

Ashley Calafiore (soon to be Vega) is recently engaged and will be married to her long term boyfriend in January 2020. She cannot contain her excitement as she has dreamt about having a beautiful wedding of her own. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University and has a background in coordination and accounting. On her time off, she enjoys traveling and working out. Being a part of this industry has made her realize this is the type of work she truly enjoys. Seeing the smiles and hearing the thank you’s at the end of every event is something she strives for. She always has a smile on her face and will always be there to assist you!
